It was twenty years ago when the Connecticut Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC) first certified my company, Specialized Packaging International. Over the past twenty years we have participated in a host of CMSDC sponsored events including their annual trade show and conference.

Contacts that we have made at the CMSDC sponsored events have led to much of the success that we have had in growing our business.

Our first major strategic alliance resulted from contacts that we made at the 1984 CMSDC trade fair. That strategic alliance eventually led directly to my first major acquisition in 1997.
