The Computer Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1996, as a Total Information
Technology Solutions Provider. In 1999, the company moved into
its present office building and began focusing on web based technologies
and computer networking for small, medium and large businesses
including government and municipalities. The Computer Company,
Inc. expanded its facilities to accommodate the remarkable growth
and demand for its services. In the Book of Lists 2005 by the Hartford
Business Journal, we were named the 8th largest Computer networking
company and 25th largest Software Developers in the Greater Hartford
area. In 2003, Eileen Hasson, president, was awarded 40 under forty
by the Hartford Business Journal. In 2005, Eileen Hasson won the
first annual “Women of Innovation” award from the CT
Technology Council.

Brenda Oneal is a leader coach who
sees leadership practices as antiquated. From her perspective, we
want to hang on to our ancient beliefs about leadership in corporate
America even though they no longer serve us from the standpoint of
effectiveness and constructively deal with the anxious feeling in
the pit of our stomach when we are faced with the clash of ideas
while working with people who are different from ourselves.

18 years of corporate experience to the practice with a breadth and
depth of management experiences in Marketing, Sales, Communication,
